Gruyère is one of the most famous Swiss cheeses. Our Gruyere is proudly aged by master affineur Rolf Beeler in Swiss Alp caves for at least 16 months. The aromatic flavour achieves a perfect balance between fruity and savoury. The texture has a fabulous, slightly crystalline structure.
This exceptional Gruyère is delicious melted in a fondue, as well as eaten on its own.
